I bought two 30 watt panels from Harbor Freight last year.
On sale they were about $25 each.

Best thing I ever did for my boat's battery!

Harbor Freight usually has 45 watt arrays cheaper than anything else in that
power range. They put 3 15 watt panels together to do it. I use 60 watt
panels for alamr power on remote sites and new construction sites where AC
power has not been brought in yet, but they cost 5-600 with a charge
controller.

They grow in the ocean. You can recognize the plant as it has a very
thick trunk, about 12" in diameter with no bark and they grow on the
side of the ICW. Apparently preferring water with a depth of about 6
to 8 feet. They have either green or red flowers that are either
square or triangular in shape and often numbered. The fruit are
usually about 16" square with a 12 watt capability. Occasionally you
don't have to pick them as after a storm they will wash up on shore,
trunk and all. In Alabama you may have to fight off the Eagles to get
to them.

I had to answer this question for myself in order to figure a way to
keep 8 golf cart batteries charged down at our duck camp. Depending
on how many watts you need, I don't think you can beat Northern tool.
The 15 watt panel is the best deal in dollars per watt for a new
panel. You'll also need the charger controller; they sell that as
well.
