My wife and I went to our favorite lake this weekend to go canoeing and
relax. After paddling for a couple hours we decided to go for a hike on one
of the trails around the lake. We had brought sunscreen and water but no
bug spray. Right now its 4:20am and even though I'm so tired I ache, the
chigger bites around my ankles are driving me nuts and keeping me from
falling asleep.

Lesson learned...... the hard way!

I stepped on a wasp nest yesterday and the bug spray didn't help much
either. I only got stung. Those poor little buggers bought it.

Try Listerine. Mouthwash. The plain one. Listerine has many
un-heralded qualities. I understand that it also helps dandruff. Why,,
you can even use it as mouthwash Wink
I think I read it in 'The Peoples Pharmacy'. I think they have a web
site but am too lazy to check for it.
Good luck, the little buggers can drive you nuts.

To stop the itching, prevent air from getting to the bite. Nu-Skin works
well, so does nail polish.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
