Well, see - if you were a real politician you would have said that all
boaters are wasting gas and diesel and a special tax is needed to
compensate for the use of our precious resources.
And then insert language in the bill in small print to exclude
Mainship owners who have boats only at a certain marina on the Cape. >> Stay informed about: A list of failures longer than a list of accomplishments... |

I'm in favor of fuel rationing for vehicles, even though it would very
difficult to set up a rational "fair" system. The way we are going now,
average people cannot afford to pay for the fuel it takes to get to
work, or to sustain their lives and the lives of their families. >> Stay informed about: A list of failures longer than a list of accomplishments... |

Harry,
Most guys your age were in the military. The fact that you weren't speaks
volumes about your character, courage, love of country, etc.

I was going to try to post the same message just to see what happens. But,
Gene's server didn't answer. Maybe it's down for work.
You wouldn't think the word 'Harry' would set it off, would you?
Maybe it was the word 'military'. Or maybe it was the combination of
'Harry' and 'love of country'. Yeah, I'll bet that was it. His software
probably checks for gross inconsistencies and dumps them. >> Stay informed about: A list of failures longer than a list of accomplishments... |
