Harry, that statement sounds like Senator Kerry is running for POTUS
again.
No offense to Kerry or Obama, but the "I've got a plan" line didn't
work very well in the last election, and my opinion may be wrong, but
really doubt it will work well now. >> Stay informed about: More layoffs..... and, I guess, more mortgage defaults and.. |

The Democratic plans will be revealed right after the fall elections,
when President-elect Obama meets with the *controlling* Democratic
majority in the House and Senate.
I suspect the first thing that will happen is the raising of margin
requirements in the petrol market, and an excess profits tax, plus
financial incentives for car buyers to move to smaller vehicles. >> Stay informed about: More layoffs..... and, I guess, more mortgage defaults and.. |

He's bitching about the lack of action under Pelosi's watch? He will
try to spin anything. >> Stay informed about: More layoffs..... and, I guess, more mortgage defaults and.. |

That's what I thought.

LOL! Maybe I should take him out of my basement so I don't miss any more of
the brilliant insight he has. I'm a registered Democrat, and harry is the
sole reason that I'm voting for McCain. The fact that Obama is not terribly
promising helps. I figure if he's supporting a Democrat, I want nuttin' to
do with them.

There's not much you can do when you have OilBoy in the White House and
no real control of the House or Senate. Once there is a responsible
party in charge, we'll be able to move the country forward. >> Stay informed about: More layoffs..... and, I guess, more mortgage defaults and.. |

I'm not sure that "The Democratic plans will be revealed right after the
fall elections" is a sound political strategy to encourage people to vote
for Obama. I think he'll have to do more than try to assure voters he has a
crackerjack plan hidden up his sleeve.

They all have a plan. Get elected. That's the plan. It isn't any more
complicated than that. >> Stay informed about: More layoffs..... and, I guess, more mortgage defaults and.. |
