Not a bad day fishing... - Got an early start this morniing (for me, anyway), and I was actually out on the water before 8 am, armed with two light flyrods and some really ugly, homemade flies I tied myself. Well, calling them flies would be somewhat of a stretch. I was interested...
Hot Fishing - Here in the Mobile, AL area the inshore fishing has been incedibly good for the past several weeks. Old timers tell me this has been the most productive Fall since 1991. Trout (Specks) and Reds have been in a feeding frenzy. To my immense surprise....
Fishing... - We got a teaser of spring the last couple of days, here in No. Calif, so tomorrow, my son, father in-law, and I are headed to a local lake, to do some winter fishing. Just the boys... no wimmen. Temps in the mid 70's today, and at least that tomorrow....
Fishing today. - Went down last night to catch Papa Doo Run Run at the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk. Great show. We camped in the SC harbor packing lot. How can people be so inconsiderate of others. House next to the lot, people sleeping on boats. About 4 am, group comes.... |
