Somehow it figures...

Got up at 0400 and was on the lake by 0445. Zipped across the lake to
my favorite spot for a little bass action. First cast, KABOOM...

Lightning, rain and....more lightning.

Zipped back to the ramp, beached the boat and sat in the truck.

And sat in the truck some more.

And sat in the truck some more.

Weather broke, but the thunderstorm was still hanging in the area, so
I gave it up as a bad job at 0600.

Nice Ranger Z-21 and I can't get out because of weather - figures.

Maybe I'll get out this evening.
