Port Townsend Foundry but they are not cheap
There is a small foundry in Tacoma that will do them fairly inexpensively,
in the range of $35 I believe if you provide a pattern, a little more if
they have to do the pattern.
There are foundries in Seattle but I have not checked them out.

Creative casting was the one I talked to. Works is pretty much a custom
casting place for artists and Atlas is a really big commercial place that
does large iron castings mainly.

I have 8 ports to do the finish plates for. I have made my pattern and will
be casting them sometime this summer I hope.
