I have a well running and appearing to be in great shape, sea doo.
However, here is my situtation. When I ride (or only one person) the
ski will start and go at a reasonable acceleration. But when I add one
or two more people to the ski the acceleration slows to almost nothing.
The boat takes for every to get speed and runs about 4500 to 5000 rpms.
Is there a part I need to replace or fix to give the ski more traction
on the water?

Sounds like you have a cylinder down, a fouled spark plug or clogged
fuel filters in the carbs.. If it was the impeller or wear ring, the
engine would rev out to maximum rpm and then the ski will slowly get up
to speed. Sort of like a clutch slipping on a car.

Dave,
Thanks for your advice. I don't think its the cylinder or plugs because
I have checked them and all seem in working condition. However, you
mentioned that if it reved to max and the boat pull stright up and
started slow then it is in the wear ring or the impeller, this is what
mine is doing. Its just sometimes it shows that its only at like 4500
to 5000 rpms but I believe its peaking all the time. How would I check
these parts to see if there in working order?
