Got my first issue of Nor'westing yesterday. What a great magazine. It
definitely makes me 'homesick' for the Puget Sound area. If I lived there,
I'd surely be living on a boat. And, there were some nice ones advertised
in the mag.

Your article on the 520 bridge was interesting. I agree that a new bridge
won't help traffic much, but might enable folks to get from one parking lot
to another a little quicker. I hope, if they do rebuild, they take the
metal gratings out. They are scary when wet, if one is on a motorcycle!

Thanks for a great mag!

I'm glad you enjoy it.

That's one amazingly long time to wait for delivery.
The next issue comes out this week, and should be at the Seattle BMEU
on Friday. It will be interesting to see if it takes 3 weeks to get
back to the east coast again.

Don, be nice! Here's something good to wrap your mind around.

Please take a moment, visit my daughter's site, and, if you're able, make a
donation
(just click on "Support Renee"). She doesn't get any money, but that's the
way the page is!

I will match any donation made by members of the group before 1 April,
2007. That gives everyone about two weeks. Just forward to me a copy of the
receipt from the foundation, and don't make an anonymous donation!

Thanks in advance for your generosity!
