1. Higher power is a bad idea -- for why, see

2. The 20' antenna cable will substantially reduce the benefit of the
external outdoor antenna.

3. Wildly overpriced for what you get.

The recommended solutions in "Wi-Fi on a Boat" are both better and
cheaper.
