1999 yamaha XL 700 waverunner- bogs - My 1999 Yamaha XL 700 bogs down upon takeoff and stalls. You can choke it and it will take off and run great, but when you come back to idle and try to again it bogs and stalls. I changed the fuel filter, but that didn't help. Any..
