Seadoo 97 GTX Digital Gauge problem

Hello-

I was wondering if anyone ever had a similar problem or knows the solution to
mine.

The problem is my digital (the one in the middle between the two analog
gauges) will not work for about the first 15 mins of running time. Afterwards
everything is good,however I have to reset the clock time. If I stop the
jetski for maybe an hour again it will not work and again I need to reset the
clock time when the digital gauge does start to work.

My service tech has cleaned all the connections and I double checked them.

I am willing to buy a new gauge if this will solve the problem.

Is the guts of the information center inside that gauge?
