Post subject: STOLEN Seagull Silver Century S/N WS400CC5
Archived from groups: uk>rec>waterways, others (more info?)

A friend of mine, George Byron has recently had his Seagull stolen from
his garage in London SE23 Sad
According to the 1975 invoice, it was a Silver Century standard shaft
with extra long range tank. It has a later black rubber plug cap not
original hard seagull one. There are no other particular distinguishing
features but it was in good condition.

Serial Number WS400CC5

Please keep an eye out for this engine and if spotted please report it
to the police. George doesn't do email but I will pass on any messages
concerning it to him.

Anyone interested in a renovation project? - I have a 37 foot steel twin screw, which has been sadly neglected over the past few years. Renovation project still available. - 37 ft steel twin screw, built 1960 by Thames and General at Brentford, for their MD. Hull plating done 6 years ago, but more work needed. Looks like the 42 foot Sealion, excellent sea boat, but displacement hull, so only 8 - 8.5 knots. Even a suggestio...
