I think their both good, i have a kawasaki service manual for my ultra
150....It was a big help when I had to replace the impeller last week.
I also have a clymer for my 650sx, thats much easier to read and has
more documentation to go with the pics.
not sure how oem yamaha service manuals are so take it with a grain of
salt.
