Try reading for content: I said I would be more impressed if your kid
were working at the library, or competing in a spelling bee, or writing
a book report.

As far as I know, and judging from our conversations, Capt. Tom would
not have a minor on the bike in the first place. At the same time, he
has not, or would not push his ideals on me, or anybody else I would
suspect... As to the "New York driving finger", I suspect he might get
a chuckle.. Geeze, lucky I did not post the next lap where she had
a verbal message 'specially for another poser on the way by;)

The Mouse Says.. "If your gonna' crash, do a good trick on the way
down;)".

Trip-reports.com where did you go today?

Pretty high tech stuff really, I can see where a "tail" would help a
typically shaped helmet maintain directional stability at high speed..
Most of the kids who wear them on the track do it cause it looks
cool;) As far as the shapes, I am much more concerned about the visor
over the eyes. The Mouse of course wears a top of the line Helmet, no
fins, no frills, well except for the black and pink butterflies and
matching pants/shirt/boots/gloves/goggles....Wink But no shark fin..Wink

Some of the really high speed racers used to glue a piece of small rope
across the helmet of prevent lifting at speed.

I am talking about boats designed in the last 20 years or so,
especially since epoxy has become affordable and attainable in the
quantities needed to build boats. Plans that use the "new" dimensioned
lumber and very modern occoume and other marine grade wood laminates,
bronze/silicone ring nails, etc.. Tortured plywood, using glass and
resin joinery as the main component in the boats framework, as opposed
to wooden chinelogs for example.. That's what I do.

Check it here, http://www.smallboats.com
