Post subject: Raytheon chart plotter compatability question

Is it true that a raytheon chart plotter can be hooked up to raymarine
system via HSB? If so this would make the cheapest solution to adding
a display below.

If the chartplotter is a RC520+ (plus) model, hsb2 could be used for
adding an extra chartplotter to an existing Raymarine "plus"
chartplotter model. And via SeaTalk, this extra chartplotter unit will
also have "access to" inputs from all other SeaTalk instruments.
