Post subject: RFI - Northern Forest Canoe Trail, western Maine
Archived from groups: rec>boats>paddle (more info?)

I've only got 3-4 days to spend in mid-July , and am hoping to
find a suitable trip in western Maine. Some lake paddling, river
paddling, portaging, class 3, are all acceptable. This will be a
gear-in-boat camper. First choice is somewhere along the Northern
Forest Canoe Trail between Rangley Lake and Flagstaff Lake. My
internet searching thus far has not turned up much useful information.
Suggestions from folks who have been there would be very much
appreciated. Thanks for the help. Tom McCloud
