First, and most important, find a new dealer after you tell them they
are idiots! Polaris sells an alignment tool just for this reason - the
old wear marks mean nothing in your case and you'll end up stripping out
your drivetrain (coupler/driveshaft/prop) if it is not properly aligned.
Second, as Zoltan said, all the Polaris triples have a little shake to
them at certain speeds, some more than others and since you didn't get
your own motor back, but rather someone elses, it may have been a
"shaker". Check and set the alignment and then run it for a few days
and see if it doesn't clear up some with break in. But please, tell
your dealer they are idiots first (no wonder this sport has so many
problems with dealers like this). Good luck.
