I am not sure they are actually paid! I first asked about a replacement
seat for a canoe. They wanted the serial number, but never commented as
to whether they had or did not have replacement seats!
Then they sent a seat that was a bit different for the canoe. It used 2
bolts each side of seat to boat instead of 4 as the origional had. The
oar holders were molded in to seat rather than screwed inas the orig.
had. The seat was a bit shorter that orig, but was able with their
supplied longer bolts able to get bolted on!

So I asked out of concern as to whether it was the proper replacement.
They have ignored my 3 requests on this now for a month, so I write it
up. Ask alot of questions before ordering anything from them! They were
good on ordering & shipping.Don't expect professionalism on the
Internet crew!

I have written to sales person & service there 3 times with out any
reply except the auto messagge of the 72 hr reply! HA
