1996 mercury 175 - I am looking at a 1996 MERCURY 175 outboatd comments on this motor, the person want's $5000 (cdn funds)-it will come with a SS prop and the power pak. Any info would be great DJB

itsa 4 banger, black...old and hasn't run in years...but it will..
