Question: Length of paddles for Klepper kayak

- Desirable paddle length for Klepper kayak
- Klepper paddles vs other make
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyone have experience of the Klepper kayaks? I am particularl
interested in suitable paddles. Most paddles appear to have a maximu
length of 220cm (body height plus outstretched arm) but Klepper
paddles are all 240cm. Are the longer paddles necessary for the wide
type of kayak

So far I only have some experience with Pouch kayaks, yet they are quite
similar. I suppose, their paddles have about the same length. I think
you are right: As these kayaks are wider than regular ones, it is more
convenient to have longer paddles.
