So far they're not outright BANNING ALL 2-Stoke Jetski's, or I'd be in
trouble with my sitdown ski. I hope they can somehow get a 4-stroke Stand
Up figured out. Just not as easy and a Sit down.

I have No Idea. You'll be able to Register a old one you buy, but NEW? My
guess off hand would be NO. Because you still have to follow State
Emissions for the year of the Ski. Since a 2-Stroke doesn't, it's out of
luck which is why they aren't being sold. Doesn't matter in State or out of
State. Now If you knew someone out of the state you could have it
registered to, but use it In state, that may be different. I'd ask the
dealer and see what they know. They deal with the DMV all the time.
