You don't need to completely empty the gas tank. You can actually fill
it, add stabilizer, run the ski on a fresh water source for a few
minutes to circulate the stabilized gas and then fog it down with any
brand of fogging oil. Wax the ski, coat the vinyl with 303 Protectant
and over it. You should be in good shape with the rest of your
procedures. By stabilizing the gas, the only thing you need to do to
ride again is start it and go.
