The Harpers Ferry Outdoor Festival and Tim Gavin Race is on Saturday, June 26,
2004, to benefit the Friends of the Blackwater, Friends of the Cheat, Friends
of the Shenandoah and The Potomac Conservancy. The event will highlight a mass
start downriver race on the infamous Staircase section of the Shenandoah.
Following will be a rodeo at the best site for the river level and an awards
banquet and silent auction. Register on race day at the Quality Inn at 8:30 AM
and catch the shuttle to the race from that location.

8:30 - 10:30 AM registration
11:00 AM Mass start at Millville Put-In
1:00 - 3:00 Rodeo
3:00 - 4:00 Banquet and Awards
4:00 - 6:30 Festival, Silent Auction, Live Music
9:00 - ? Live Music at the Cliffside Bar and Grill, Quality Inn
