Many have asked what has happened with the issue of being charged with
trespass on the federal lands of the Hpa, well no surprise the crown
withdrew the charge. However the charter challange will still continue,
it been a long haul but somone needs to challange this goverment or are
they not goverment ? they cant make up there minds. More importnat are
issues of controlling are water ways, allowing them to dump waiste in
or water shed lands under the bull that its allowed cause there the
goverment, or stopping fishermen from fishing off those lands saying
under the new ISPS Security code that they can turff you off the land,
give them unlimited power and were will we be? we all need to do
something!! read more on the topic at www.yachtware.net see the link
