: How Do I Dewinterize 1992 Seadoo?

I purchaed a pair of 1992 Seadoo's at a bankrupcy auction from an
Engineering firm. They maintained them and the auctioneer said they
should be dewinterized before using. How do I do that? Also, I didn't
receive any manuals, where can I get one or what do I need to know
about making it run. Type gas, oil, plugs,
taking out of the water, disconnecting the batteries, laws about using
or pulling someone on a tube.

Any help would greatly be appreciated
