Post subject: Desperately seeking one or three intrepid paddlers for a nin
Archived from groups: rec>boats>paddle (more info?)

It's 1:23 a.m. MST in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

We're drunk.

We're desperate.

Our fourth (and fifth and sixth) man jammed out and we're stuck with only
three guys to do a fantastic journey.

If you have adventure in your blood and can suddenly take a week off with a
week's notice we'd like you to consider joining our crew on DeathPaddle
2003. Due to unforeseen circumstances, many of our crew members could not
make it this year. And while we're going to do to the trip anyway, we
thought it would be much better if we had at least one or three more people
to round out the group. In the interest of international relations, we are
opening up this trip to anybody in the world who can take advantage of an
opportunity to experience this adventure.

The details are at www.deathpaddle.com. It's a guys-only trip for somebody
in their thirties or forties who can relate. This is not a commercial site,
but merely a place on the web devoted to our insanity.

We're paddling from July 12 to 20 and we estimate the cost at about $500
Canadian Dollars. If you're interested, just get here and we'll look after
the details. Email us at the addresses below.
