Just thought I would share this

Yesterday I was out by the jetty that goes out to the ocean. It was
slack tide so I didnt have to worry
about currents much. a beautiful day here in North Florida. The water
was clearer than normal. I generraly
see a several dolphin in the area and yesterday there were more than
normal. Seemed that way anyway.
I'm paddling along, just enjoying the day when this dolphin comes up
right beside the boat. Curious I guess to see who/what was getting
into its territory. I could have reach out and touched it. It just
stopped there right beisde the boat, looking at me for a good minute
or so not a foot away from the side of the boat. I could have reached
out and touched it.

Very very cool!

Great story.

When I was 8 years old we lived in Key West. We often went for rides
up and down the Keys. I recall one time we stopped on Lower Sugarloaf
Key and there was a dolphin swimming near a dock, we walked over and
there was an empty bleach jug in the water and this dolphin tossed it
to us and we threw it back and we played catch with it for a about 10
minutes until it finally just swam off.
