For sale is a bare fiberglass hull (no engine), and a good aluminum
mast, boom and a few other parts for a 28.5 ft 1963 Pearson Triton.
Price is nominal because I'd like to rescue the old girl from a
chainsaw and landfill fate. The boat is is in a backyard on a welded
steel cradle in Hesperia CA. The challenge for the buyer of course is
moving the boat. My goal is to have it moved (or chopped up!!) by
November 15th. If you know someone with a trailer for a 28 ft sailboat
or a tilting low vehicle trailer, that the boat, and cradle can be
moved on to, it would be the ideal project for you. The boat is sound
with good fiberglass and a structurally sound but very rough, stripped
interior. Needs good cleaning, coat of paint and then start
reassembling. Selling off individual parts does not help me, so please
don't ask, unless you will take the hull or help me dispose of it
safely. Once the hull is removed I am open to all parts offers.

There is an active owners association that can provide support for a
project like this. This gal would be a perfect candidate for a safe,
sturdy boat rebuild with the interior you've always dreamed of or a
beautiful classic daysailor as seen on Tim Lackey's Triton web site.
