Post subject: FS: Boating Magazines in Detroit, MI
Archived from groups: rec>boats>marketplace (more info?)

Hi -

My father was a boating enthusiast. When he passed, he left behind a LOT of
boating magazines. Is anyone out there interested in taking them? They are
mostly Wooden Boat, many years worth, from the 80's to 2001. They are not
pristine, but they are in very good condition (stored on bookshelves in
magazine holders, but no plastics slipcovers). I live in the Metro Detroit, MI
area & would be willing to deliver them to anyone within a 10-mile radius - or
if you live further away, I could meet you halfway. I just don't have the
heart to take them to the recycling center, because I'm sure there are boaters
out there who would love to read them. Or if anyone has a suggestion as to
whether any recreational organizations would be interested, that would be
appreciated too.

Thank you.

Gina T.
