Avon inflatable valves

Does anyone know of a suitable valve which can be used as a replacement for
those in an avon inflateable, which can be fitted inside the existing
flanges, without need to cut bits away from the skin, just destroying the
centre of the valve.

Do Avon themselves not do a valve replacement?
