In addition to trying to get my old XP repaired, I've found what looks to be
a mint 95 SPX. This ski is from western NC (no salt water) and appears to
be in great shape. It's recently been serviced, but I haven't seen the
receipt yet to know exactly what was done to it. It comes with a
non-galvanized trailer, cover, etc and is $1500. Does this seem to be a
good price? Is this a decent ski? I don't find a lot of information on
SPX's online. I haven't ridden it yet, but do enjoy that old XP. Will the
95 SPX be similar, slower, wetter, etc? Thanks for any insight!

It's going to be similar to the 96XP but slower. It does have trim..the 94 SPX
doesn't..but will only go around 46-47 mph vs 56-57 on the 96XP. has 80
horsepower.Overall decent boat and fun to ride.
