Hello,

I got a 92 waverunner III 650 from a friend who tried to block off the
oil injection. He got the plate and installed etc, but said they
couldn't get it to start. Is there anything else that has to be done
besides disconnecting and instaling the plate? He said someone told him
to re-route one of the fuel lines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Rob

Hi Rob,
All you do is:
Remove the old pump
If you dont want to remove the oil tank, place a bolt in the oil line
and clamp it.
Plug the two fitting on the lower Flame arrestor plate with the
supplied caps.
Blow the incoming fuel line back into the tank while switching from
reserve and on. (this sends the raw fuel in the line back to the tank.)
Premix the fuel in the the tank.

If it is not starting, then you have other problems.
Dave
