Well maintained sloop rigged family cruiser with aluminum mast stepped on
deck, fin keel and spade rudder that is controlled via the Teak tiller.
Engine is comfortably housed and out of the way in the recessed transom well
and the fuel tank is housed in the rear cockpit nacelle. Boat is very clean
and neat with additional upgrades over the past two years.

Accommodations

Interior provides 5'7" headroom with a forward V berth measuring 6'3"
deep, followed by an enclosed head with permanently mounted porta-potti
connected to holding tank and deck pump-out. Interior upholstery is like
new. Port and starboard salon settees that are 7' long. Starboard settee is
22" wide and sleeps one, the starboard settee is 3' wide and also serves as
the dinette with a table measuring 3'X 2". There is a chart table located at
the aft end of the starboard settee and a sink with pressure water and new
pressure pump plus cabinet storage for dishes and silverware at the aft end
of the port settee. Interior trim is in teak. Exterior teak trim and
hatchboards have recently been treated with Cetol. Boat was kept in
freshwater until four years ago.

Cruising Design, Inc. (CDI) roller furling. Aluminum mast and boom. Genoa
155% w/sun protection edge. Main sails in excellent condition with Sunbrella
cover. Sail area is 321 square feet. Additional working Jib in bag. Tiller
has telescoping extension and Sunbrella cover. Bottom last painted May 2002,
cleaned by diver fall 2003 and is still in good condition.

Additional

#15 Fluke anchor w/4' coated chain and 100' nylon rode. Cockpit has (2)
deep and clean lazerettes with additional access through cabin step. Cockpit
seats are 22" wide with 6'3" of usable length in front of the traveler.
There is an average 28" wide companionway between cockpit seats. Cockpit
coaming storage is 3'4" on both sides. Teak handrails have been added to the
cabin roof.
