i have seen quite a few good things about the Dorsett. I have also
seen guesses at weights on these things as well. I have very limited
towing but one of these boats has made itself available to me. nada
doesn't even have a listing for Dorsett.

so, does anyone have any old information on how much a 1963 16' Dorsett
Daytona might weigh?

thanks in advance

Is this a jet boat?

Outboard would be ~800 lbs.(w/o engine), jet boat would be another
~500-600 lbs.

sorry left that piece out. this is a fiberglass closedbow
runabout/tender i believe. other boats from that same era and make
appear to be 1100+ lbs. with outboard.

thanks for the feedback.
